Really good Stay at the Hotel
smooth check-in attentive staff excellent view excellent breakfast
Check-in was smooth, the staff displayed kindness, and they helped me with my luggage. I asked for extra water. It was delivered within minutes. My room on level 14 had a great view. Breakfast was excellent, offering all the options I wanted. The staff kept everything topped up.
The TV connection in my room was not working properly. this was a minor inconvenience during an otherwise pleasant visit.

Location near tram lines was a significant plus. The staff helped secure my luggage after checkout, a great convenience. Blockout curtains in the room ensured restful nights, something I really need. Easy access to transportation made getting around the city so easy.
I noticed the hotel needs a deep clean, especially in hallways. Built-up dust and marks on walls were pretty visible and affected the overall vibe. I hope management addresses the cleaning issues in the future.

location was great. the staff were really kind. the room was clean and everything i needed was in there. i loved the vibrant bar too.

broken fridge missing towels
My stay had some real issues. the fridge didn't work. it wasn't cold at all. the staff told me fridges are not meant to be cold. What a dumb thing to say. we also had to constantly ask for towels because they only gave us two when there were four of us. it got really annoying having to wait every night
